When the product is found to be defective, The Box Ph will replace the item with a new one at NO COST.
1. Do I need to use your packaging or can they use their own? You may use your own packaging (as long as the item is secured) when shipping back the item to The Box Ph.

Send the TRACKING # as proof that shipment was made for the defective item.
3. Is there a limited time in which a return or exchange can be completed? Yes. We only allow exchange 7 days after the report has been made.
4. Who pays for shipping? The customer will be the one to shoulder the shipment cost of the returned item.
